      Great benefit package/choices, opportunities for upward mobility, overall good working conditions, better than average work tools, average to better than average base pay.

      Cons

      Human Resources sadly lacking, much too political, inadequate monitoring of middle management, lack of interdepartmental support, punitive rather than positive reenforcement.
