Pros

Pay is surprisingly really good, since the company is struggling. Allocated jewelery is always a plus, so you don't have to buy the product out of pocket since it's expensive. Associate discount, if you do want to purchase stuff.

Cons

Head Office is completely unorganized, if you can even call 5-10 people a "Head Office" They talk a big game about how they love their employees and support them, but very quickly find out that they are liars. Not really sure what the RM's are doing since everything is done at store level. And I mean EVERYTHING. If your store isn't making plan, they blame everything on the staff and the team. It's not because they don't give support and encouragement... (cough, cough). The contracts are also a huge joke since no one bothered to look up the labor laws when making them and is mostly invalid. (like if cash goes missing, they'll take it from your pay.... Can't do that...) Don't be fooled when they offer to pay you really well. Trust me, it's not worth it. If you want to feel like you're constantly incompetent, and treated like you are worth nothing, then work here! Also, be prepared to be constantly getting emails, even when you are on your day off, or not at the store and expect an answer and then get in trouble the next time you work . and last but not least, everyone loves to throw you under the bus and point fingers, instead of trying to figure out a solution or make things better.

Pros

Free jewellery allocation (up to 1.8k/ year); opportunities for progression; excellent staff discounts (around 50% off);

Cons

Failure to motivate employees; extremely large staff turnover; people made feel easily replaceable; unorganised administration and training; management tries to achieve results by pressuring staff rather than motivating them;
