Bad management, awful training and no career ladder.

Happened to have a good team at the time, good staff discount and allocation.

Cons

Extremely poor training, little to none on offer. Huge gap of communication between a sales assistant and upper management, HR had no interest in dealing with anyone's complaints. Companies "positivity training" earlier the year was nothing more than "If you have a problem it's to do with you, not us" absolutely no accountability from upper management.

- pay is good, will be over the living rate - country manager is easy to get along with and to work with - commission

Cons

- you have to open and close by yourself - not really a good chance to grow
