Great comission, good pay, HR team is very helpful and the customers are the best!

Cons

Not able to book holidays as you wish. At the busiest times of the year I.e Christmas even February sometimes aren't allowed.

Get brilliant discount and allocation is amazing too! Get commission with everything you sell which is a bonus on pay day!

Cons

Management tend to look down on sale assistants and don’t seem to be treated fairly. Little bit too clicky within the business, a lot of members of staff tend to be sucking up to management for either extra hours- which again isn’t fair!
