Pros

I've been in Thoughtworks for 3 years now and by far this is the best work culture through all the industries and companies that i've worked with in the past. -Everyone is just one ping away -Mutual empathy and respect amongst all TWers -Your availability is never solicited beyond work hours -Understanding that leaves are a part of the compensation plan and providing the liberty to feel entitled to the same. It never feels like it's something you're asking from someone else, but feels like it's completely yours to take. - The trust you have in the org to support you even in case of personal hard times - A place where ideas are welcomed and creativity is appreciated - Your growth is imperative and learning is supported here

Cons

Nothing at all, No Cons.
