Excellent place for professional growth with access to top-tier learning resources like Udemy and Campus. The environment is filled with highly knowledgeable and skilled people, and there is a genuine sense of care for the employees' well-being.

Cons

The workload can be overwhelming and the intensity is often too high to manage effectively. Recent layoffs (especially in other countries) without clear communication have created a sense of uncertainty and impacted morale.

Great culture, but recent changes feel concerning

Great culture, the best I have experienced yet. People - developing and uplifting people is prioritised over most other things here. The balance between hierarchy and democratization is liberating. You get to work on very diverse projects and products across a wide range of domains in very diverse teams. You get to learn a lot. Absolutely love working here.

Cons

Some unwelcome changes are happening of late which I believe to be forced changes. The way (the method, the process, and the lacunae therein) in which these changes are being pushed through is antithetical to the culture and conventions at Thoughtworks and the values behind them that set us apart in the industry.
