Pros

ThoughtWorks has some of the best and brightest people in the industry. They will challenge you to be your best every day. I had the chance to try our a variety of roles throughout my journey. The flexibility and support for career development is great.

Cons

Traveling to clients every week can get tiresome after a while. The non-hierarchcial management structure can make finding internal leadership opportunities challenging.

Pros

They delegate - you are trusted to achieve your goals in your own way, while also able to call on support from some of the best software developers ever. You can make mistakes as long as you come clean quickly and then work hard to close the gaps. Travel - opportunities to work in almost every continent. There's a feeling like you belong to an awesome force for good.

Cons

Strong personalities mean it's no place for the shy! Home life is likely to be short and disrupted, by travel, conferences etc.
