Pros

ThoughtWorks is a great opportunity to be exposed to many clients with varying backgrounds, needs, and tech-stacks. It's an awesome way to not only gain technical experience, but to grow as a teammate and as an individual. I've learned a lot of powerful practices that I hope to carry with me throughout my career.

Cons

The consulting lifestyle is a bit taxing. For those who have not experienced it, or for those who enjoy a sedentary career style, traveling or moving from client to client becomes a bit of a juggling feat. Having only been in the industry for a couple years I could say that I feel like the jack-of-all-trades but an expert in very few.
