Pros

Biggest plus is the people, they have the best fresher onboarding program , TWU. One can learn a lot on projects, depth of knowledge is high. One gets to pair with some of the smartest developers and in this process improve their skills. Fun environment, free food, juices. Decent pay. Lot of team outings and great team TW Core values like emphasis on P2 and P3 , after joining here, I constantly think of ways of contributing to community and society, has made me a better person. Flat hierarchy to some extent Even a fresher can be involved in tech huddles/discussions. Work is more challenging compared to peers who joined other companies. Lucky to join here as the first job :)

Cons

Depending on the project, sometimes opportunities not proportional to the work one puts in. There will be one or two with same expertise as you , spending all the time in TT table and vacations, being given opportunities as against someone who is really committed to the project. It will be great if people who have say , to be more conscious of rewarding people who work very hard. Sometimes this biased treatment leads to lot of frustration.

Pros

Working at ThoughtWorks has been an absolutely amazing experience. I've worked shoulder to shoulder with the brightest minds in technology today, met and worked with my heroes, and travelled the world (India, Africa, US, Canada), all while solving amazingly interesting, super tough challenges with exciting technologies.

Cons

Travel is often amazing, but sometimes a drawback. If you're willing to travel for ThoughtWorks however, it opens up your career to the global market, which really increases the quality of the work you have access to.

Pros

I have made lifelong friends at TW and have learned so much. The mentorship I've received is unparalleled and the company provides amazing support for you to launch into this industry. They listen to you, your thoughts, your desires, and try their best to give you a tailored experience that will facilitate your success and growth. I genuinely love coming to work every day. (And the benefits are great too!)

Cons

TW is not the highest paying company in this industry - management is aware of the importance of competitive pay and is actively revamping salary models.
