Pros

People are very nice and intelligent. You can truly work with a group of the most outstanding development guys here. Very flexible, creative and challenging everyday. Have the chance to jump to very good companies as you are very agile.

Cons

You may need to go on business trips quite often. And the trips may be as long as several months. This will affect if you have a family in the city.

Pros

Many talented, smart, hard working people. Can be a very friendly and social atmosphere. The company does some really cool charity work for great causes that are making an impact.

Cons

People getting burned out on stressful, boring projects with lots of politics. Some people start behaving badly under these conditions. The travel can be painful. Low pay. Can be cult like. Too much elitism and too many judgemental people.
