      Pros

      People you get to work with are among the world's best at what they do. You will learn more about technology than you think is possible! You can travel to pretty much any place in the world!

      Cons

      Clients don't call ThoughtWorks unless they had serious problems. Sometimes it seems like you hop from place to place just going from difficult situation to difficult situation. Sometimes in life you want to settle down and stay in one place. That can be hard in TW. Sometimes you can't spend the extra time to keep up with the new things in the tech world. There is a bit of peer pressure to keep up, though you can manage if you don't succumb to peer pressure easily.

      Challenging work. good culture and work life balance. you are basically with people who are passionate about work. I like that very much.

      Cons

      You may not be able to change your project sometimes, train line being an example.
