      Pros

      - CSR is not a marketing stunt. - They lead tech in more ways than you can imagine. - Inspiring colleagues. Highly ethical all round. - Very collaborative. No hierarchies. - Highly entrepreneurial. - You are treated like an individual. - Importance to family life. Working hours are decent for consulting standards. - Diverse and multi-disciplinary workforce.

      Cons

      - Extreme collaboration slows decision making in situations where policy should be established. Too many people are involved into every decision. - Employees are treated so well that they constantly complaint about really small stuff. - Have the impression some colleagues don't understand what consulting is and nag about travel or project assignment (they don't know how good they have it compared to working in Accenture or CapGemini).

      Ongoing cash problems Grade school communication mentality -- gossip is rewarded, even if it's not true Founders inner circle is always protected Politics -- office, local, national, global. If you don't like politics you are in trouble. Two-tiered organization -- billable or non. God help you if you're "overhead"
