Pros

All of the thought workers I met were always very kind and eager to help. Each team I was on worked well to communicate.

Cons

I struggled with certain aspects of my work, and while I was learning that there were physiological reasons I was underperforming, they fired me. They made the decision without me, didn't let me give an exit spam email to my colleagues, and gave me a very small severance package.

Pros

It could potentially look good on your cv

Cons

The whole image they present is a lie. This is a top down organization that hides behind some amazing publications made by some of their staff. Petty, condescending team leads If you challenge anything you are called aggressive If you don’t get in with the in crowd you will actively be bullied out The values they pitch are never actually put in to practice
