Thank you for your review and for taking the time to put this together. Our UK leadership team and I are working to address pain points for all our employees, and reviews such as yours enable us to do this. Feedback is what allows our culture to grow and evolve - and we are committed to frank and open conversations that (although at times be difficult to hear) are important to helping us to create an environment where all ThoughtWorkers can thrive. If you are happy to do so, I'd like to personally connect. Please feel free to reach out to me on sforeshewcain@thoughtworks.com - Stephen Foreshew-Cain, Chief Operating Officer, UK
