      This work is not stressful. You can work just 2-3 hours out of 6.

      Cons

      - A lot of politics. Processes are slow, because this is big company. Developer can not affect this processes. Most of managing staff are not programmers, so it leads that decisions that were made by they sometimes not as smart as required.
