Pros
I am lucky to have one of the best teams. It's very friendly and not stressful to work there. The stack is great for a bank and okay-ish overall. We use Kotlin actively there. The TC is fantastic for Moscow
Cons
No remote work abroad (however there is a possibility to work remotely from Russia, or in Armenia, Kazakhstan or Belarus). Kazakhstani employees enjoy 10% income tax, the lowest of all countries present.
