Easy to become an employee as a student/recent graduate with no practical experience. Good salary on internship/junior positions. Private insurance from a first day of work. Superb canteen at the HQ office. Gym in the office, great corporate "ecosystem": discounts, courses, corporate events, referal system e.t.c. Convenient offices in most cities. Opportunity of full distant/hybrid work inside of Russia. Young collective, space for creativity, unnecessary bureaucracy.

Cons

Salaries after a year of work has become much lower, than a market ones. The semiyear review is only during the first two years of work. No opportunity to work on full remote, like a digital nomad. Disproportion of junior vacancies to more senior.
