Pros
- Great people in the team who are very supportive. - Interesting challenges. - Really good products.
Cons
- Many middle-top managers are useless and don't understand management. More and more of them are in their positions due to their many years in the company, not due to their professionalism. - Top management changed recently and now they can't focus on anything and frequently change the directions and it's confusing. - Pay less and know about it doing it willingly. Think that they are better than competitors for the values (they are not) and it must be the reason to choose them even with lover payment. That's why company's losing many senior staff.
