      Technology stack is usually pretty modern. Well organized product teams and good development processes. A lot of young and energetic people. A lot of opportunities to grow. Widely used products you can be proud of.

      Cons

      Salaries are low. Overtime work is encouraged by management. Company is huge and most of middle and top management is disconnected from products teams and their needs.
