Pros

- Great team. - Somewhat decent benefits. - Culture or learning/knowledge sharing and transparency. - Interview process is one the many things they got right, this was one of the best experiences I've had so far. - Regular company-wide hackathons.

Cons

- Office if not very well equipped: small low-end monitors, uncomfortable chairs, bad lighting. - No flexibility in terms of remote working. - Pay is below average.

Thanks for your post and providing some feedback. We do have a hybrid approach to working which does have flexibility built in. Regarding the office, we're always open to taking feedback and if we can, make those adjustments. I'll pass on the feedback but please reach out to me directly if you want to speak in more detail. On the plus side there are some really good positives.

Good but not great

Pros

Great work life balance, nice people, good pay and benefits.

Cons

Lack of any leadership means company does fine but could do so much more. There is a lot of lazyness and complacency and the leadership team is very top heavy. No need for a number of them but they are kept regardless. This has a knock on effect for progression for the rest of the company. Real lack of strategic goals and as a result people work at odds with eachother often and in silos.
