An amazing environment to work in as it allows you to grow at your own pace. Ensuring that each step you take is in the right direction. Everyone in the office is so welcoming and friendly. They become your home away from home.

Cons

- There has not been a con this far into my Trayport journey.

Pros

The work is challenging but also fun/rewarding as we get to use the latest technology to solve some complex problems. Also the hybrid working allows a great worklife balance, and on the days I do go to the office the commute is worth it as the people/facilities/atmosphere in the office are great and there are lots of organsied events and fun activities.. a well as a drinks fridge!

Cons

The office is on the other side of London for me
