      Great place as long as you play your cards right

      Pros

      Career progression For those interested is a great place to learn a lot, especially about the energy market Benefits Bonus Socials Not everything amazing, but a lot of the complaints here on GD are from lazy people who have a poor view of life, since will rant because there is no more free Coke in the kitchen.

      Cons

      The biggest problem the company had is now gone (Thank you ICE). Endless journeys of trying to get software out the door, and at the end is subpar and over budget Too many people doing nothing

      Pros

      - Good benefits (weekend away, socials, gym, breakfast etc.) - Great work - life balance. The hours are very flexible and people very understanding. - A lot of good, talented people that create a wonderful culture. It's very nice to want to go to work every day - You get to work with the latest technologies. Trayport doesn't hesitate to provide the latest technologies and management is always open to try new things to improve quality. - Trayport promotes team work and supports attention to quality more than anything. A lot of work has been done towards automation and more needs to be done

      Cons

      A lot of people write bad reviews about Trayport mostly because they didn't like the changes made to support quality. There are some people who have a very specific way of thinking and working and they dont want to move from it. I am not going to tell you everything is perfect, just do not hesitate to go there for an interview. You will understand when you are there that you have nothing to worry about..
