Pros

Trayport has set goals out according to my strengths and found a way to work along side my areas that I could improve on. They provide training programs for employers which is an advantage. There is always people that can be spoken to in terms of increased performance production and positive energy around the workplace

Cons

Some sectors or departments are excluded from the product and the knowledge of the business and their plans with regards to their products and the projects

Amazing social events. Friendly atmosphere. Great bonus schemes. Perfect induction scheme to help understand and fit in straight away.

Cons

In all honesty, in the time that I have been at Trayport, I cant really think of anything that would be a "con" of working here.
