Lots of people willing to share information with you and happy to help.

Cons

Also a lot of people who arent willing to help you. Not all work practices are clear. Lots of changes could be made to make sure things work better.

Career progression For those interested is a great place to learn a lot, especially about the energy market Benefits Bonus Socials Not everything amazing, but a lot of the complaints here on GD are from lazy people who have a poor view of life, since will rant because there is no more free Coke in the kitchen.

Cons

The biggest problem the company had is now gone (Thank you ICE). Endless journeys of trying to get software out the door, and at the end is subpar and over budget Too many people doing nothing
