Pros

The work is challenging but also fun/rewarding as we get to use the latest technology to solve some complex problems. Also the hybrid working allows a great worklife balance, and on the days I do go to the office the commute is worth it as the people/facilities/atmosphere in the office are great and there are lots of organsied events and fun activities.. a well as a drinks fridge!

The office is on the other side of London for me

Extremely friendly and supportive community. The company cares about the employees and is always looking for ways to improve. The current projects are quite interesting.

Cons

Joined the company few months ago, so can't think of any cons.
