Good strong market position Lots of potential for growth Great perks, free breakfast, loads of social events Feel really apart of the company

Cons

Quite a few cliques, have to break down some initial barriers to feel apart of the team. High turnover of staff.

Pros

Very welcoming and friendly work culture. Comprehensive induction programme for new starters. Great office space with free breakfast and excellent social events.

Cons

Company has been stuck in a bit of a stalemate over last few years due to changes in shareholder. Following TMX acquisition Trayport should now be able to move forward and invest in growth.
