Very good medical benefits. Nice working environment, good team. Used to be beers and snaks on every second friday, but no more. Wish it will come back.
Gave 2.5 for caree opportunities, because it is very hard to get promoted even if you brought some good value. Takes 4-5 years before you got recognized for your contributioin. This recognition may even not reach you at all, if company will decide to cut you sooner.
Employee morale used to be strong, but after financial losses company posted and big lay offs it suffered greatly. Pizdets podkralsa nezametno. I am leaving the company because they cutting the stuff in ITI.
Cons
Wery hard to push the new stuff through. Innovations are sometimes stuck because of management incompetence. Establishing best practices and procedures are a problem.
Company can easily decide to outsorce some elements and then have money lost because of poor quality of job coming from those outsorced locations.
