It was a good opportunity and I learned lot. Some teams are really understanding.
Cons
Some teams are really understanding but that means some are not. There is monopoly of some same-group people in some departments which makes you feel like an outsider. You gradually fall out of favor. No growth opportunities, at least in your compensation!
