      I don't know, maybe plus that it's a big bank

      Nobody heard about the project planning. Micromanagement is everywhere. Managers head of department levels give advices to software developers how to write the code.

      no working contract respect, no employee respect, no perspective, no internal mobility even though they say it exists, unpaid overtime, employee threatening with moving their position to outsourcing region, no personal development
