Got to know different cultures and mind-sets. Food is always healthy. Colleagues are in general nice and informative. Other companies like to see your experience with UNDP

Cons

Slow processing procedure with redundant paper works. Too much idealism may lower your tolerance to real world mess. Snobbish people here and there. Too much travel
