Some of the smartest, hardest working professionals I have known in HQ, regional, and country offices. They deserve better management.

Cons

Hatchet job on the restructuring that will need to be redone once new management is installed.

- Cold colleagues...everyone is overworked and distant, oddly competitive - No boundaries, overworked - I left severely burnt out - Terrible project management, very few people with experience on how to run things efficiently - Smartest dumb people you'll ever work with
