      Pros

      Provides a multi-cultural work environment which gives one an to grow diversely. I gained extensive experience working with government, CSO, private sector and the academia on issues concerning effective development cooperation outcomes.

      Cons

      I was not duty stationed within the country office which made it difficult to embrace the UN organization culture in some aspects.
