- Unfair treatment - Disorganization and bureaucratic bottlenecks impact on fair distribution of work, cause delays and frustration - Senior managers operate with no accountability - Absent work life balance - Barriers to enter the organization (from intern, volunteer and junior consultant to a staff position) or to develop your career - Different treatment between staff and non staff post, and decisions on who will get staff post not based on merit or funds availability, but on connections and sponsorship
