It is a global organization advancing development in more than 156 countries. It allows you to work on very different thematic, in different regions with colleagues from all over the world. UNDP is like a big family and staff are usually pretty laid back and nice.

Cons

No continuous appointment and too many colleagues on precarious contractual modalities. Experience may widely differ across team. Low supervision.
