I have no idea why the staff assessment deduction is so high and there is no discrpancy why i huge amount is bein deducted from my salary.

Cons

Contribution to Staff Assessment from the salary is very highh and you will be not get that salary back from your account. So at a point this money will be deducted without any question and you will have to pay high amount of income tax as well. You cannot even ask the question why such high amount is deducted from the salary.
