Compensation package provides high remuneration compared to market values, tax free agreement with government. UN Trainning in different countries worldwide, annually meetings in regional countries. Diversity , wonderfull experience cultural interchange. Impact over countries needs,

Your work depends on a anual contract and budget. Every 3 years or 4 top Management changes requieres you to adapt. As well compensation doesnt include certain local country benefits as Social Security, 13th and 14th salary additional payment.
