- People can get stressed if a deadline is approaching - Decision comes from way above, so don't waste your time if you want to change anything, especially if you don't have a director position

Excellent way to understand negotiating needs of different stakeholders and network with key players in development profession. It feels important doing this work.

Cons

Bureaucracy bogs down work and delays products. Still a sense of gender inequality within the institution and a difference in the way international and national staff are regarded and supported.
