Pros

UNDP has a highly collaborative environment where you are given the chance to work with brilliant and dedicated people in order to implement development projects. I had the opportunity to work on several projects and explore several areas in my country that i've never been to before.

Cons

Personal growth is very limited. There is a wide gap between administration and employees. Not an ideal workplace for someone who aims for quick recognition and promotion.
