Pros
Great sense of camaraderie, friendly, casual environment. 2.5 days off per month. Management is very experienced and knowledgeable. I love how people are proud of working there and are excited go to work. Extremely diverse, and women have a lot of respect, and occupy many of the high level management positions. No discrimination whatsoever. Very accepting and very professional.
Cons
People have different types of contracts and benefits even when they have the same amount of responsibility/liability and workload. Life-work balance is ok, but some extra hours are necessary from time to time. Rumors of layoffs are very frequent because of the instability of funding.
