      Loš kompletan top menadžment, uz to HR postoji samo forme radi, nemaju nikakvu funkciju niti rade nešto u smislu poboljšanja radne atmosfere. Teško se napreduje, ako ne dogovorite visoku platu u startu teško možete doći do neke pristojne cifre. Najbolja situacija je u sektoru Retail prodaje, ostali sektori tu i tamo ali administraciju treba obilaziti u širokom luku.
