The company used to have a very good climate of informal get together and networking climate via an open space and joint luncheons - enabled faster decision making and greater transparency.

Cons

The climate in the company changed. It is now more obvious the great bias towards women, boys only club in management. There is an ongoing gender and age bias so many good people left in 2016 and 2017.
