The people I work with are awesome and makes the job a lot of fun. Even when it can be cold during peak seasons, you are constantly moving and staying warm. The Full-Time Supervisor is really cool and down to earth and does everything possible to make sure that the work environment is fun, relaxed and still efficient

Cons

Sometimes management can put the operation in a bind due to miscommunications or even partial greed. At the local hub I am at, anyone that comes in for a "tour interview" everyone gets hire which means that in some cases, employees can be extremely lazy and slow down the operations.
