Pros

Excellent benefits. The air division at UPS offers a unique and engaging work environment with a wider variety of daily tasks compared to UPS ground.

Cons

A portion of mid-level management at UPS has a ‘yell first, apologize later’ policy. Union package sorters take advantage of their contract to avoid and/or ignore discipline up to and including termination letters. The Union has made it extremely difficult to remove poor workers and lowered the standard for work as a result.
