Pros

The managers and other staff were all very friendly and open to teaching newcomers such as myself. The first week was dedicated to teaching newcomers how to use the computer for processing orders, packaging, and learning the management system. Generous break hours and the occasional free food was nice as well.

Cons

This is not a compliant towards my work place or the staff but to some of the customers that we would get. Be prepared to deal with some rude and entitled customers but this is common amongst any jobs that require direct customer interaction.
