Pros

Great team but might not be the case depending on what building you are at. Room for growth but it’s up to you on how much you want to grow you have to put the work in. Room for a lot of promotions if you’re willing to relocate and you have a manager who cares about your growth.

Cons

Low pay and strange work hours. Can be a hostile working environment. In my case expenses such as tolls taken to go to work are not covered. More often than not management in other buildings don’t care about your growth. You have to get lucky to get a good manager so do your research.
