UPS Capital was a laid back environment with a lot of job security. There was great work/life balance.

Cons

This was not a competitive or motivating environment. Compensation was not competitive in the market. Poor management team either with little/no experience or long-term UPSers that only care about collecting their paycheck. Promotion opportunities are based on a best friend/boys club mentality. Inappropriate behavior by senior leadership is laughed off by others and ignored by HR. IT department is moving backwards in terms of innovation and agility.

Great healthcare. Great CEO hired from HD, The Corporate campus is nice and even has a gym. The dress code is casual and jeans so that is very convenient

Cons

Micro manage your every move, hostile work environment, discrimination, 20-30 year old millenials with no experience running the company and promoting each other. If your an executives kid you will do well here.
