Excellent benefits, moved up the ladder quickly. Great promote from within culture
Cons
No real office environment, had to give customers my personal mobile because they got sick of calling a company provided voice mailbox. Every other month management would come out with new sales initiatives that would somehow never get finished before starting new the new initiatives. Had to report daily on how every minute was spent.
