      It's hard work, but it pays...

      Pros

      -Work hour choices are flexible -the supervisors are helpful -the career opportunities are definitely there -once you past your trial period(usually 30 days) the UNION will fight for your job if you get into a jam Everybody's experience is different. I'm making the best out of mine. It's funny, the people that complain about things not being fair and supervisors being mean are the ones that always come in late, or don't come in at all, or have the most mis-shipped boxes. The bottom line is, if you come to work when your scheduled, on time, with a good attitude, and are accurate when doing your job, you will move up quickly

      Cons

      -breaks/lunches are short -very hard work Doing this job for a long time can put a lot of wear and tear on your body because of the constant movement, thus Id not recommend doing this job for a long time. Try to move up doing something else as quickly as possible, as you will also make more money quicker.

      Great Benefits, Career Growth, Stock Options, Talent development. It has Management relocation options, helps pay for school even for Full-time Management and all the way thru MBA

      Cons

      Work life balance could be a challenge especially in operations. Moving from a 5 day to a 6 day work week schedule adds more hours to your week, although they compensate for extra days it becomes a problem when they start to add up.
