Pros

The pay is the best in the industry. The benefits are good. Working for the best transportation and logistics company looks great on a resume.

Cons

It's hard work and can be stressful. Management works more than 12 hour days 5 days a week. Some work 14 hours.

Pros

A lot of money spent on technology.

Cons

Decisions are not made at the local operation level and upper management does not have control over their operations like they did 10 years ago. College degrees were seen as important and required at one time but are now overlooked and upper management does not know or seem to care about how to utilize college degrees. Countless antiquated ways of determining daily success but none of them are concerned with actual dollars and cents.
