- Able to grow in the company - Stable pay - Good excersice - Basic routine - Good Benifits

Cons

-Horrible hours -Minimal pay -Very prone to injury ( it's not a matter of if but when) -Work load is way more than the actual facility was meant to handle, leading employees to work harder and do more in the same time frame, leading to mistakes and more injuries. - Extremely dirty, like insanely filthy (unsafe)

You get to work with some amazing companies, aiding in their transportation and logistic needs. There are also some incredible employees who are more than willing to help their co-workers.

Cons

Company values of employees is almost non existent. They focus on money and not always on the needs of the customers. Pitting of divisions against each other causes many on going problems.
